Renting out your property?

Find out what it could rent for, list it when you are ready, and run the viewings, enquiries and applications in one place.

How the rent range works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the property

Address, bedrooms, condition — about two minutes, and no account needed.

  2. 2

    We check the bond data

We look at bonds lodged with Tenancy Services for similar properties in your area, as close to your property as the published data allows.

  3. 3

    You get a report

An indicative weekly range with the data behind it, on screen and as a PDF in your inbox.

The range is an indication only — not a valuation and not a rent recommendation. Where too few bonds have been lodged for a property like yours, Tenancy Services withholds the figures and we will tell you so rather than guess.

What else you get

Figures that come from bonds actually lodged, not from an invented formula.

A report you can keep
