How do I search for a property on Viewings?

Accepted Answer

Use the search bar on the homepage or the Find a Home page to filter by location, price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and more. You can also try our voice search — just tap the microphone icon and describe what you're looking for.

How do I request a viewing?

Accepted Answer

Open a listing you're interested in and click "Request a Viewing". Choose one of the lister's available open times, or request a custom time if none suit you. The lister will confirm, decline, or reschedule your request.

Is it free to use Viewings as a home seeker?

Accepted Answer

Yes — browsing listings, requesting viewings, saving searches, and messaging listers is completely free for home seekers.

Can I save properties and searches for later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any listing to save it, or save your current filters as a Saved Search to get notified when new matching properties are listed.

Question 5

How do I get notified about price changes or new listings?

Accepted Answer

Enable notifications in your profile settings. You'll be alerted when a saved listing changes price, or when a new listing matches one of your saved searches.

What happens after I check in for a viewing?

Each confirmed viewing has a QR code — show it to the lister or agent on arrival to check in. This helps them keep track of attendance and keeps the viewing process smooth for everyone.
